To support its continued growth, our client, in collaboration with Winsearch, is looking for an:

Electromechanic (M/F/X)

1. Your challenge!

   You will progressively become the technical expert in Belgium for a range of highly technical industrial machines.

   • Installing and commissioning industrial machines and equipment at customer sites.
   • Carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance.
   • Diagnosing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and electromechanical faults.
   • Working on equipment to identify the root cause of malfunctions and implementing appropriate solutions.
   • Carrying out repairs, adjustments, calibrations and component replacements.
   • Reading and interpreting mechanical drawings as well as electrical and hydraulic diagrams.
   • Performing tests and recommissioning equipment after an intervention.
   • Providing technical assistance to users and advising them on the proper use of the equipment.
   • Monitoring interventions and communicating the necessary technical information to internal teams and partners.
   • Working with technical teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve equipment reliability.
   • Regularly travelling to customer sites throughout Belgium.

2. Your talents

   This position is for you if:

   • You have a degree or technical training in electromechanics, industrial mechanics, electrical engineering, industrial maintenance or automation.
   • Ideally, you have initial experience in the maintenance, troubleshooting or commissioning of industrial machinery.
   • You have good knowledge of mechanics and hydraulics.
   • You have solid foundations in industrial electricity and electronics.
   • You have a logical, analytical and methodical approach to identifying the cause of equipment failures.
   • You are autonomous, organised and pragmatic.
   • You have a strong customer-service mindset and enjoy direct contact with customers.
   • You are flexible and willing to travel regularly throughout Belgium.
   • You hold a Category B driving licence.
   • You are fluent in French and Dutch.

   Important: Previous experience with reinforcement-steel processing machinery is not required. Specific technical training will be provided.
